This genius decided it would be smart to go for a run at noon, at the hottest time of the day. 100 degrees has nothing on me! ...ok, that's a lie. I added nearly 12 minutes to my normal loop. Success?

Today's Friday! Sort of. Its my work Friday, as in I have the next two days off. :) Time for some r and r, drinky drinks and hard core gym action!

P.S. Yes, that's my new favorite toy ("work out gear"), the Shake Weight. Go ahead, let the inappropriate comments begin.
